Italian Hillside-this image was from the customer's personal pictures where their parents grew up. It is now a reminder of the beautiful Italian hillside inside their Dry Cleaning business.
The painted stone around edges of the mural connects the canvas to the wall and adds some trompe l'oile scissors and thread.
Mural in progress, painted at the top of a landing and can be seen from the entry, living room and upstairs.
Finished mural borderd by travertine, top left corner is painted where stone couldn't contour.
